FORMS THAT YOUR STUDENTS MUST FILL OUT:

Each students, depending on his/her project, will need to complete some forms.  This is VERY IMPORTANT if your students wish to move on to the regional fair.  If they do not have these forms filled out, they will be ineligible to win GOLD and move on to the next level.

REQUIRED FORMS:

What forms do I need to make sure my students have filled out?
      1.  The science fair in a box permission form (found at end of registration process)
      2.  Safety/Ethics forms

Teachers Need To Be Aware of the Safety/Ethics Guidelines
At the school level, it is important that at least one person, usually the teacher, be aware of the Ethical rules for the participation of humans and the use of animals.
